Meet the Newmans: I’m currently working on storyboarding for a cartoon called “Meet the Newmans”. Here are a few preliminary sketches of the storyboard. Most of the storyboard will be black and white but I thought I’d start it off with a little colour.

The opening scene of the script ‘Opportunities’ as Mike and his Dog Dexter look in the Washing Machine for Mike’s missing Batman sock.

While I have never meet Professor Rancourt, his responces to the Fulcrum are always an enjoyable read. He has responded in the past to a different editorial cartoon I did about him and was nice enough to complement it. This is for a Fulcrum story about the University of Ottawa’s food available on campus.

This second one wasn’t used because it was supposed to be part of a 3 part illustration. I ran out of time and just wasn’t happy with this one. I thought I would post it anyways.

Done for this weeks editorial on Dean Haldenby not being about to run for SFUO president because he did not pass a french test. I used the character from the popular Willy Waller 3000 Cartoons on Tetes-a-claques.
